Default very nice swimming

this is very nice swimming. you rotate quite a bit. i am wondering if you have experimented with rotating only about 20 or 30 degrees when you set your tempo trainer at about 1.15 or 1.2 and faster tempos.

Default You are doing great!

Cristian,
I reviewed you video and I think you have great flow and fluence. The leg 2 beat kick is very smoothly done, the alignment (lenghtening of the vessel) is perfect, the front hand patient on the catch the recovery hand flows well up to the entry, the elbow of the striking hand/arm flex to minimize shoulder strain( I have to tell you that your video clarified some points of the strugle I had today at the pool.
your underwater video is very helpful. Keep posting.
Thanks,
Eduardo

Very nice swimming! Second video shows much improvement from the first! Did you put the camera underwater fixed, or had some human being shoot video for you?

What kind of pool is that? It looks big and there was no lane lines?

Christian, your stroke looks much better, although the first video was very good already. No immediate areas for further improvement come to my mind.
