More speed in Freestyle
Here's a question for you all. For now I am mainly concentrating on getting solid muscle memory established for my whole stroke. But eventually I would like to go faster in the water. At present I am doing a two-beat quick and I have found this to be quite natural and fun. If I consider doing open water racing -- which I will be sometime next year -- Would the two-beat kick still be the way to go, or is four or six beat more appropriate? It's all new to me and I'm just curious to find advice from fellow TI devotees. Thanks in advance!
