Default The post I'll never make

I just post this for humor's sake. For the last hour, I have been writing a long detailed post about how I do not get backstroke mechanics. In the process of writing the post, I figured out key that I was mentally missing.

One more useful thing about this board :)

(We now return you to your regularly scheduled swim discussion)

Edit: My description of how I understand backstroke mechanics is here: http://www.totalimmersion.net/forum/...82&postcount=1.

Well, don't leave us in suspense.

What was the key you were missing? You never know, there might be others missing the same key.
