Default Legs together after 2BK?

Is it a good idea to press the legs the legs together after a 2BK or should I just relax them and let them go where they want?

Hey Johynr,

Release the leg after the kick (down) and it will naturally flow into the shadow of your torso. Legs should be supple to allow energy to flow from hip through toes like a whip.
