Default 2BK Demo/Analysis

A picture (video) is worth a thousand words. Here's a demo/analysis of Coach Mandy doing the 2bk and swimming with your whole body that may help.

Also, if your toes are pointed out, it's very difficult to point your feet long, legs will splay more, and tendency will be to kick from the quads (knee) and not the glutes (rump). Pigeon toe your feet and you should occasionally feel your big toes brush on each kick. Start kick from the butt/hip - not the knee.
