![]() Hi, I've noticed that breathing bubbles is very important, but I'm wondering is there any benefit or difference to how one blows their bubbles? I tend to just use my mouth, but I'm just curious if one is better for relaxation and energy effective.

![]() Breathing out through the nose is usual, since it helps keep water out of your nose. But some people advocate breathing out through your mouth, because it helps you stay relaxed. Both methods work. I sometimes do one, sometimes the other. Take your choice.
But I think everybody breathes in through their mouth. |
