yes I tried this yesterday in all kind of variations just to get a feeling what might be best. It seems that if you kick right/pull right the kick must be first In the coach freestyle DVD the headcoach shows it the other way pull n kick with the opposite leg All the other swimmers in the pool use constant kicking so I can t get a glimpse how the 2 bK looks like I hope to visualize it at some point, so it gets easier to practice : ) |

today I found a way to train , I train each bodyside seperate, one kick ,one stroke and later, when more advanced put it all together. |
