TI-Levels

Hi,

some (all?) TI-coaches offer lessons for level 1, level 2 or level 3 students. Might anybody please be so kind and and explain by example what the three levels are and how to find out, if possible, in which level I should integrate myselve?

I'm only aware of 1.0 and 2.0 workshops and programs. We do have 1.0 and 2.0 Coach Training to prepare the coaches to offer them. 1.0 is developing the stroke. 2.0 is developing the swimmer -- which means help and guidance in developing advanced skills, like breathing, catch and 2BK. It also means developing training programs that help their clients find the right blend of Stroke Length and Rate (Tempo) and develop masterful pacing skills. I suppose 3.0 could focus on racing skills and open water strategies.

Hallo Terry,

thank you very much for taking time for an answer. Heard it on the (for me not so satisfying) beginners weekend workshop in February. There it seemed more to be

Level 1: Lesson 1-4 of Easy Freestyle DVD,
Level 2: Lesson 5-8 of Easy Freestyle DVD
Level 3: ???

and found it at Mat's Mediterrane - side. If I take another Workshop I'd like to put me into one that will fit best for me because I've to travel quite far to and they are not so cheap that I wan't care...

Hi Werner - my name is Tracey Baumann and I will be coming to Germany in the next few months to run a TI Weekend Workshop - in the Frankfurt area to start with however, I will be looking to set up workshops all around Germany in the future and I look forward to hearing where you are from.
