How to contact TI?

Sorry, but I don't know where else I should ask:

Tried to contact TI via "shop-contact-us" and via email to "keith@totalimmersion.net" several times. Info is "Try again later" or mails are sent back, because the mailer wan't accept mailers from my account...

What did I do wrong?

thanks very much for your answers. Tried both. Some months ago Keith and I mailed sometimes about shipping DVDs to Germany which worked fine, but now his mailer seems to be configured to send my mails back???

now sent my mails to all three known addresses. Both with "totalimmersion.net" were bounced. Hope the third will arrive...

thank you very much! Think he's still in here, because he sent me a third, could be his private, email-address. My mail thereto is at least not been bounced.... Still don't know, what I did wrong with the emails to "@totalimmersion.net"

You didn't do anything wrong Werner (as you've probably found out by now). They get the completed contact forms from the website (all of them!) but there's something screwy with the code. They know about it. They wrote to me telling me so and that it was "no big deal"?!? :D As for your email not getting through it could be many things: your host/server being blocked (problem if your mail is hosted on a shred server), their spam settings, etc, etc. Anyway, the contact forms do work despite the notification that they don't.
