Default Timing and rotation

Having read numerous posts on the subject I am a little confused so please help me out here.

First question is about timing. Does the kick, hip drive and shoulder turn happen at the same time or is there a sequence of events? This clip here posted in another thread seems to indicate a sequence starting with the kick, then hip followed by shoulder turn and spear.

Second question is do the hips rotate more than the shoulders or should they both rotate the same amount?

Check out Coach Kevin's detailed analysis in the FREESTYLE thread titled: Rotation - Over Rotation vs. Just Enough.

About the same amount.

The URL in your post is apparently incorrect - "malformed URL."

Thanks. Checked his response and well answered. Will see if I can put this into practice.
