Default Internally rotate everything?

Internally rotate:
Spear
Recovery forearm
and legs from hips (for 2bk)

is this the secret to effortless freestyle?

Not excessive but slightly imternally rotate all of the above.

thoughts?

Shinji talks about being able to take the recovery elbow further forward if you internally rotate the elbow & forearm

I can agree with that if the basic tension needed to hold those positions isnt exagerated.
You could sst that aquatic posture covers the aquatic base posture between knees and elbows.
If you want to extend the basic aquatic posture towards the extremities of the body, you get into these details.
Also point the toes, have wrist lower than elbow, etc.
