Default A shout out to Terry

I know that this forum is about swimming and, especially with the Olympics going on, there's a lot of technical stuff to talk about, but I also want to give a shout out to Terry Laughlin and his most recent post
http://www.totalimmersion.net/blog/z...fd6ad3dee302e4

Terry, you're an inspiration to all of us, and not just because of your fantastic swimming. My heart and mind is with you. Thanks for all that you've done, including the creation of this forum, but so much more! We look forward to hearing more from you and your ongoing journey.

Thanks for sharing this Danny.
Terry has amazing writing skills and it's fantastic that he can share his health issues in such a way that makes interesting reading.
Despite all of these setbacks he can still inspire others with his motto

"May your laps, and life, be as happy as mine".

I never had any discussions with Terry, so dont have much personal things to say, but everytime I bump into a frantic kicking swimmer who still hardly moves forward, I think, hey another one who could use some TI teaching!
So, in that sense, Terry is on my mind often.
Wishing him all the best.

All the best to you Terry.
I continue to swim 3 times per week and continue to enjoy and improve (well a little) because of TI. You continue to inspire me with your dedication and motivation.

Hi Terry ,
I would like to also wish you all the best ,Terry ,and hope you have a speedy and full recovery . I've been following and swimming TI coming up on 21 years. I was at the TI workshop in Baltimore with you back in 1997 . I owe all my swimming improvements to TI .
Thanks for everything .All the best wishes .
