I think it could have been written by Julie in London. She wrote a good article for the monthly Swim magazine several years ago. Her background was Physio and Yoga. Have not seen her on the forum since a couple of months after the new format came into being. A real loss for this community.

By the way, I just found some interesting exercises at the end of the TRIATHLON SWIMMING MADE EASY Book. Would be great to have those in a DVD one of these days.... ALEX
