Lie on your back with arms down to your sides. Bow your knees and put them toward your chest. Easily lower both knees to the floor on one side. Hold for 15 seconds. Bring knees back to starting place, keeping arms and shoulder edges on the floor, then lower to another side. Repeat five times on each side.
