Hi Vol,

If you can I think it's good to get used to a routine of swimming either in the mornings or evenings if ones schedule allows. But if you can't swim at the same time then alternating your swim times can be just as benificial to your health as well. I used to swim early in the mornings eveyday now I swim when my schedule allows sometimes early in the morning and sometimes late at night. I really haven't noticed any change in my health. I would tend to think that not living a healthy lifestyle would have a bigger impact on your health and your swimming performance than changing your swim schedule.
