A few years ago i read an article from a lady who was commenting on how to engage core muscles for t_1 swimming;

essentially she gave some workouts on how to achieve this; The exercises were different from the usual 'crunches' as they were targeting the "deep core " muscles;

anyone read this article and can tell me where i might find it?
