All the same the slippage is disconcerting so it is serendipitus that you bring this subject to our attention and it gives me a gentle kick in the butt to play harder (as in pay attention) with these ideas.
Try table tennis. ^_- Dr. Amen says it's the best sport for the brain. I'd throw in a few carefully selected supplements as well.
