So what goodd will the "muscle perserverance" actually do? Compare it to running where you might have a inclination to tilt your upper body to,the right (example), causing your back to ache. Do you then want to build distance? With a bad posture?

The learning curve in TI is a amzing experience. To rely on improving your skill by just setting the focus point (note "point" as in one) is a rewarding experience and in my experience helped me advance more than trying to build muscle perseverance.

Means I'm still a skinny swimmer though.
