My first thoughts whilst using the fins were ….. wow, an incredible difference. I could feel the subtleness that a slight movement had on rotation etc. How a tiny flick helps with rotation. The different feeling in my back, hip and entire leg.
When I took them off and tried the 2B, those feelings had gone.
My question is this. How have others developed a 2BK by using and then not using fins?
I learned Two-Beat kick with NO fins.
