Default Mentally preparing yourself for a race

Hi everyone,

My name is Gina Hansen and I am the Head Coach at Fitsmind, a New Zealand based company that provides a mental training platform for swimmers to improve their performance.

We have worked with various Olympic level swimmers and performance psychologists over the last few years when producing our content and breaking down the mental training techniques these top level athletes have accessible to them.

Mental training and performance psychologists are often unaccessible for others and/or too expensive. And so our mission is to make these mental training services available for up and coming athletes by partnering with top swim coaches in delivering this to the athletes.
