Thanks so much for including detailed notes on your thinking. This is far more valuable than the numbers, as you know. They illustrate the 'curious experimentation' approach I enjoy so much personally, and would love to see more people follow your example.
That final set of 100s is pretty impressive, at least from my current vantage point. I've yet to swim 100y as fast as 1:20 since I resumed swimming two months ago. Today I got close. See below.
