How would you prioritize the propulsive elements of your freestyle?
And once you prioritize, what percentage of each do you think is optimal?
I'm just talking about the things that can move you forward.
So, place them in order of importance from 1 (most important) to 4 (least important) & give each one a percentage so all 4 add up to 100%.
If you know, you might also make 2 lists - one you'd like to achieve & one you are currently using...
Kick
Rotation/weight shift
Lengthen/spear
Pull
