this is more how I hear it in my head. I think this is 62. I like it as a tune because if I want to control myself at the start of a race I know really slow for this song without it stalling is around 50bpm and full flow is around 68bpm which is my sprint threshold, however, whichever end of the song's tempos I swim at I find it more relaxing than e.g. Tempo trainer.
