Anyone seen this site?

http://www.swimsmooth.com/

A very interesting site with a good forum and blog.
Many similar ideas to TI. Indeed some ideas which I initially thought weren't similar but actually are more in line...

Hand Entry

I am currently working on body position (it amazes me how often I am working on body position) and I feel I am over rotating a tad.
One thing that seems to make a difference to how flat I am...

One thing to remember Pete. Low SPL is not a goal in and of itself. It is a useful tool to measure progress but it can also be a distraction if focused on too much. 13 strokes is very respectable for...

Whilst no expert thought I'd put my hand up first.
As someone who has also learnt TI on their own I agree wholeheartedly that there will be many mistakes along the way simply from reading...

Something that really helps me it to not have a fixed idea of what I want to practise. Often I'll have an idea that I want to do 100m zenskate 100m swim intervals or whatever and find that it's...
