I agree 100% with this comment....nothing wrong with working on your form and fitness in the less deep end. I learned to swim as an adult...the confidence comes with ease in the water.

Nat is lucky that there is a TI coach in his area (take full advantage if you can). There is no one in 1000 miles of me to whom I could turn to for coaching. Jumping on a plane, paying hotels etc....
