I am a member of many forums and a number of FB groups. They both have their place but the one is not a substitute for the other.
It would be a big mistake closing this down and going the FB route...

12SPL at a pace of 1:10 per 100 yards!
This fellow was swimming next to me in the pool.
The most amazing distance per stroke I have ever seen close up.
Also made it look totally effortless, hardly kicked either.
I kept on looking...
