Freestyle Weekend Workshop
April 14-15, 2012

TI Freestyle Weekend Workshop is geared toward triathletes and recreational swimmers. You will learn essential tools (through the TI drill progression from balance to whole stroke swimming) that will make you a more efficient, faster, and graceful swimmer. You must be able to swim two lengths of a 25yard pool in order to participate in the workshop.
Tuition: $495.00/person, $445.00/person if 2-3 register & pay together.

12:15-1:45 Classroom instruction and review of video
2:00-4:00 Pool instruction and underwater videotaping
Sunday Schedule:
8:00-10:00 Pool instruction
10:15-11:15 Lunch
11:15-12:45 Classroom Instruction
1:00-3:00 Pool instruction and final videotaping
3:15-4:15 Classroom wrap-up and review of final videotaping
WHAT TO BRING:
For the classroom: Pad and pen for note taking.
For the pool: A swim suit, goggles, and a towel, an extra pair of goggles - just in case. I recommend that men wear a Speedo-type brief or close-fitting triathlon swim shorts, rather than loose-fitting swim trunks, which can make balance even more of a challenge.

TRANSFER / CANCELLATION POLICY: If a request to transfer is received 8 days or more prior to the workshop, a $100.00 transfer fee per registration will be applied to a future workshop, and tuition fee will be applied to that workshop. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations LESS THAN 8 days prior to the scheduled workshop. For cancellations at least 8 days prior to the scheduled workshop, participants have the option of transferring to another workshop ($100.00 transfer fee) or a 50% refund ($250/person).
