Description: TI classic 2-day weekend workshop, emphasizing core swimming drills to develop sound swimming
mechanics on Saturday, with whole stroke integration and practice guidance on Sunday.

Saturday, July 31th:
8:00am to 9:00am: Check in / Meet and Greet / Introduction
9:00am to 10:00am: 1st pool session
10:00am to 12:00pm: Video analysis / Lunch / Classroom discussion
12:00pm to 2:00pm: 2nd pool session
2:00pm to 3:30pm: Video analysis / Classroom discussion

Sunday, August 1th:
8:30am to 10:00am: 3rd pool session
10:00am to 12:00pm: Video analysis / Lunch / Classroom discussion
12:00pm to 2:00pm: 4th pool session
2:00pm to 3:30pm: Video analysis / Classroom discussion / Wrap up

What to Bring:
For the classroom: Pad and pen for note taking or a tape recorder.
For the pool: Swim Cap, goggles, and swimsuit. An extra suit if you want dry ones for the afternoon swim, an extra pair of goggles - just in case. Towels, soap, shampoo will be provided. We recommend that male students wear a Speedotype brief or close-fitting triathlon swim shorts, rather than loose-fitting swim trunks, which can make balance even more of a challenge.

TRANSFER / CANCELLATION POLICY: If a request to transfer is received 8 days or more prior to the workshop, a $100.00 transfer fee per person will be applied to a future workshop, and tuition fee will be applied to that workshop. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations LESS THAN 8 days prior to the scheduled workshop unless a doctor’s note can be provided. For cancellations at least 8 days prior to the scheduled workshop, participants have the option of transferring to another workshop ($100.00 transfer fee) or a 50% refund ($250).
