Our Kaizen Swimming Camp is designed to help put you on a Continuous Improvement track for a lifetime of learning in the skills you value most. You’ll have the option of concentrated focus on technique or to combine technique with training. We’ll have access to a dozen or more lanes and several great pools. The great facility and great staff will allow us to accommodate a wide range of goals.
Learn or Train or Both…
We’ll offer two kinds of swim sessions each day: Technique sessions in a 20-meter teaching pool and Training sessions in a choice of 50-meter. Technique sessions will cover all strokes. Training sessions will feature TI training methods such as Drill/Swim sets, Focal Point sets, Stroke Counting, and use of the Tempo Trainer to develop “efficient” speed.

8:00-9:00 am Classroom session
9:00-11:00 am Pool session
1:30-2:00 pm Video review/classroom session
2:00-3:30 pm Pool session
Miscellaneous:
All pool sessions will be outdoors, so we recommend sunblock and possibly smoked or tinted goggles. The teaching pool will be 87 degrees and the training pool 82 degrees.
Tuition: $895 covers all instruction. Participants are responsible for booking their own travel and lodging.

Travel: The most convenient airport to Coral Springs is Fort Lauderdale (FLL). This is approximately 30 minutes from the Coral Springs Aquatic Center.
Directions: For maps/detailed directions please enter the following address into a search engine like Mapquest or your vehicle’s navigation system: 12441 Royal Palm Boulevard, Coral Springs, FL 33067 (954-345-2121). From I-95: Copans Road West. Copans becomes Royal Palm Blvd. Follow to the very end (10 miles) and aquatic complex will be on the right. From Sawgrass Expwy: Take Sample Road East and go right at first signal (Sportsplex Drive). Sportsplex Drive will wrap to the left (0.5 mile); aquatic complex is on the left.
