In less than a week, learn all the skills of a beautiful, efficient and satisfying Total Immersion Freestyle. Our 10-lesson series is our most "complete" course of freestyle instruction ever -- including
•    seamless, rhythmic breathing,
•    a relaxed and effective 2-Beat Kick and
•    an effective catch and propulsive stroke.

How does the 10-Lesson Series differ from a Weekend Workshop?
1) We will teach you in a series of 10 x 1-hour lessons, over the course of 5 days, rather than 4 x 90-minute classes over 2 days. Not only are we offering 66% more learning time, but by extending the instruction over five days, it will be much easier for you to absorb and integrate the new skills you learn.
2) We will include whole stroke practice as part of every drill. Rather than 5 hours of mostly drill practice, followed by an hour of integrating new skills into the whole stroke, we'll have you practice each new skill in the whole stroke as soon as you learn it. On average, you'll do a small dose of whole stroke integration every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the class series. This will allow you to integrate new skills more quickly and easily.
3) Instructor: Student ratio of 1:2, rather than our usual Workshop ratio of 1:5. More individual attention will make for a highly personalized learning experience.
4) Terry Laughlin as lead instructor. Terry will lead only four 10-lesson class series in the next 12 months.

Register today. We can accommodate only 10 students per class session.

WHAT  TO BRING:
For the pool: An extra suit if you want dry ones for the afternoon swim, an extra pair of goggles - just in case. We recommend that male students wear a Speedo-type brief or close-fitting triathlon swim shorts, rather than loose-fitting swim trunks, which can make balance even more of a challenge. Nose-plugs can be very helpful in avoiding distraction.
