I had the good fortune to discover Total Immersion in 2007, and have practiced it almost every day since then. I enjoy the combination of grace, efficiency, and mindfulness that is unique to this practice; being able to share this with other swimmers feels like a great privilege. I have been teaching TI since the summer of 2008, and am certified, at this point, to teach freestyle. My teaching venues are at Endless Pools, in Aston, Pennsylvania, and at Fitness Works, in South Philadelphia. I welcome both beginning and experienced swimmers, and I have some considerable experience and success working with disabled swimmers.
